A dark charcoal-black ground is overlaid with fine white line work: three thin circles of varying size are joined by two long curved arcs sweeping across the upper portion of the composition, with a cluster of straight diagonal lines and small dots forming an angular, zigzagging shape at the center. Below this, a loose vertical grouping of thin parallel lines and scattered dots descends toward the bottom edge, thinning out unevenly in length. The palette is limited to white linear marks against the near-black background, giving the etching a spare, diagrammatic, abstract quality with no figures or representational subject matter.
