Description
A steep, rutted slope of pale sage-green and grey rock fills the right side of the composition, angling down into a furrowed field of ochre and brown that recedes to a flat horizon under a dark maroon sky. Small angular stones in white, tan, and gold are scattered across the slope, several tumbling or airborne mid-fall down the incline. The print is pencil-signed "Nana Shiomi" and numbered 2/10 beneath the image, with the title inscribed in Japanese; woodblock print, 1999.
