Organic

"Organic" (Brian Williams, 2025, oil on Dibond) is an abstract composition of sinuous, tubular biomorphic forms in yellow-green, ochre-orange, and gray, arranged against a flat cerulean-blue field. The forms curve and branch across the upper two-thirds of the panel, their surfaces marked with parallel stripes of orange, cream, and taupe, and two oval openings — one pale gray-green, one darker green — are set into the yellow shapes. The lower third contains rounded, stone-like forms in muted teal, olive, and gray; there are no figures, and the paint is applied in smooth, flat passages with soft-edged color transitions.
