Diary of Dreams: Tunnel

A gold-leafed rectangular panel, its surface textured and uneven, frames a small central scene painted in pale and deep blues: a rippling water surface rendered with looping white linework, scattered bubble-like dots, and a tiny pale figure with limbs outstretched near the lower right, as if sinking or swimming below the surface. Four round blue insets, one in each corner, echo the same water-and-bubble motif.
