Description
Abstract #4, painted by Yeh Fang in 2010 in Chinese brush painting, presents a diagonal chain of billowing, cloud- or flame-like ink forms across a cream ground, textured with mottled charcoal-gray washes that darken into near-black pooling along their edges. The shapes swirl and taper into thin curling tendrils, growing sparser toward the lower right, where a single red seal appears beneath a matching seal stamped in the upper right corner. No figures or setting are depicted; the palette is limited to grayscale ink against the pale background, with red used only in the two seals.
