A faint monochrome image transferred within a deckle-edged circular field onto pale, textured Japanese paper set against a lavender-grey background: a hazy, wide horizontal landscape with a dense, mottled band of low buildings or foliage across the middle ground, a few thin vertical spires or towers rising near the horizon, and a soft, empty expanse of sky above.
