Description
Nested ornate picture frames of diminishing size recede toward a small pale rectangle at the center, creating a tunnel-like, symmetrical composition. The frames are rendered in muted grey, taupe, and off-white tones with carved egg-and-dart and beading details along their edges. *Frames #10* (2019) by Masahiro Masuda is constructed from a used picture frame combined with silkscreen and acrylic on canvas over a wood panel.
