Sponges

A two-panel composition on washi: the left panel shows a dense field of coral-pink oval marks scattered over a slate-blue ground, thickening into a tangle of dark, worm-like curling lines in the lower portion; the right panel depicts a single arched, dome-topped orange form textured with irregular pale ovals and connecting channels, set against a flat charcoal background.
