Reflets

An abstract composition divided into two zones: an upper field of overlapping circular forms in red, pink, and blue with fine incised linear patterns, set against a hazy grey-green ground with faint mechanical-looking line work, above a lower band of horizontal reddish-orange strata crossed by thin wavy blue and white lines and scattered small marks. The palette is dominated by rust red, muted green-grey, and touches of blue and white on cream wove paper, with the numbering "48/10" at lower left and the pencil title and signature "Shoichi HASEGAWA" at lower right. Titled *Reflets*, this is an original etching and aquatint on Moulin du Gué wove paper by Shoichi Hasegawa, year unknown.
