Description
Nine small kintsugi-mended ceramic fragment clusters are arranged in a 3×3 grid on a pale gray zigzag-patterned surface. Each cluster pieces together several irregular shards — glazed white, blue-and-white patterned, terracotta, and soft green — joined with visible gold seams along their broken edges. The palette is muted and earthy overall, with the gold joinery providing the only consistent bright accent across the grid.
Gift From The Waves, Tomomi Kamoshita, 2015. Kin-tsugi, ceramic shards, sea-glass, lacquer, brass powder.
