Cat and Butterfly

An orange tabby cat, rendered in loose washes of rust and ochre with fine ink whisker and fur lines, crouches in the upper right and gazes down at a yellow butterfly marked with dark eyespots in the lower left; its long striped tail curls forward across the pale, mottled paper.
