Description
The twenty-second and final untitled print from Kaiseki Jokata's catalog. Together with his documented "25 Views of Fuji in the Four Seasons" and his named independent Fuji compositions, these undocumented works complete the picture of an artist whose life's work was devoted to one subject: the mountain that has been Japan's supreme visual symbol since the earliest landscape art. Each untitled print is another iteration of that lifelong looking — the same subject, another angle, another season, another day.
