Description

This abstract composition in black ink on cream paper is built from four radiating, spiky bursts of fine linear strokes, arranged in a two-by-two grid so that each cluster's rays meet its neighbors' along shared horizontal seams. The dense, needle-like linework fans outward from central points, creating a textured, almost urchin-like or starburst pattern with no representational figures or setting. The piece is signed in pencil at the lower right; execution is monochrome, printed on unbleached paper, consistent with its Monoprint/Woodcut medium.
