Description

An abstract composition centered on a large radiating black burst of fine, needle-like lines fanning outward from a small pale, irregular ring near the middle, printed in black ink on cream paper; scattered faint gray marks and smudges appear in the upper corners. The image is nonrepresentational, resembling a sunburst, urchin, or tree-ring cross-section, and is signed in pencil at lower right.
