Description

Tightly folded, tattooed human flesh fills the frame, rendered as a cluster of deep creases so the skin reads almost like rock or fabric folds. Across the folds run traditional Japanese tattoo motifs — orange and white koi, indigo waves with pale foam crests, and dark green pine-like accents — in a palette of deep indigo, black, cream, and vermillion-orange. The composition is a tight close-up with no faces or full bodies visible, just the dense, curving topology of skin and ink; the artist's signature and a red seal appear at the lower right. Woodblock print, titled *Shiboru (squeeze)*, by Masato Sudo, year unknown.
