Description
Five small square panels are mounted in a horizontal row on a plain white gallery wall, each surface textured with fine, closely spaced horizontal ridges. The panels alternate in color from left to right: coral red, pale gray-blue, off-white, deep navy blue, and pale mint green. "The Wall of Self_vigginhi5," made by Masayuki Tsubota in 2015 from gesso, powdered mineral pigments, glue, and tin foil on basswood, casts soft shadows on the wall that echo each panel's square shape.
