Kagura

Two masked figures in flowing red, magenta, and multicolored striped robes perform beneath the curved, patterned eaves of an orange shrine or stage structure, rendered in bold flat blocks of orange, red, black, and white. The dancers' garments sweep dramatically outward, decorated with small round motifs and vertical stripes, while black hair ornaments and headpieces frame their masked faces; a small round object sits on a low stand between them. Below, the print is inscribed in pencil "神楽 Kagura 4/10 '77" and signed "Naoko Matsubara," identifying it as a 1977 woodcut print titled *Kagura*.
