Description
A patchwork of cultivated fields in muted blue-gray, black, and mustard-yellow tones fills the composition, their rows converging toward a distant village nestled between dark, textured hills. A flock of white birds with black-tipped wings glides low over the furrows in a loose diagonal line, and a cluster of small yellow flowers occupies the lower left corner. Ray Morimura's 2020 woodblock print "Fields of Toki" is pencil-numbered 2/10 and signed in the lower margin below the image.
