Description
A snow-covered temple building with gold-toned walls and a dark roof stands among tall trees in the upper portion of this print, its eaves and surrounding foliage dusted with white. Below, a dense marsh or pond fills the foreground, its dark water broken by numerous snow-capped reeds and rushes rendered in sharp angular strokes, with small ripples visible around the stalks.
