Description
A black-and-white woodblock print on cream paper, divided between an image at left and a vertical column of Japanese text at right. The image shows a simplified coastal landscape in bold black line work: a cloud band and distant hills across the top, a small island or rocky outcrop in open water at center, more rocks or islets below, and bare, angular tree branches with sparse grasses in the foreground.
