An abstract composition on an off-white ground, dominated by a black rectangular frame enclosing a dark green square slightly left of center. A vertical white band interrupts the black frame's right edge, and to its right a soft grey rectangular form fades into the background with blurred, indistinct edges. The palette is limited to black, dark green, white, and grey, with a flat, geometric mood broken only by the hazy grey shape; this untitled oil on canvas by Waichi Tsutaka is dated 1970.
