Description
Against a solid black night sky, dozens of firework bursts explode in radiating starbursts of gold, white, and coral-red, their fine linear trails overlapping in a dense cluster across the upper two-thirds of the composition. Below, thin vertical gold and white streaks (rising rocket trails) and scattered dot-like sparks descend toward the bottom edge. This woodblock print, titled *Fireworks* by Fumio Kitaoka, is pencil-signed and dated 1989 beneath the image, numbered 5/200 in the lower right margin.
