Description
A large red firework burst dominates the upper half of this vertical diptych, its radiating streaks fanning out against a black night sky over a thin white gutter dividing the two panels. Below it, smaller bursts in yellow-green and white spray outward, with pale trailing plumes falling toward the bottom edge on slender vertical stalks of light. *Red Fireworks* (2021), a mezzotint by Katsunori Hamanishi.
