Description

A single crow rendered in solid black ink with grey-white highlights on its head, wing, and breast perches on a gnarled, angular black branch, its beak and eye picked out against the dark plumage. Below and beside it, sparse blossoming branches with small white flowers cross the composition, while thin diagonal ruled lines cover the pale cream ground. A red circular seal and a vertical column of black calligraphic characters appear at right; the print is otherwise limited to black ink on an unpainted background.
