Description
A woman with long, loose black hair is shown in half-length close-up, bent slightly forward as she draws a wide-toothed wooden comb through a lock of hair held in her other hand. She wears a dark blue kimono patterned with large pink and white peony-like blossoms and green leaves, its wide collar edged in cream and pink. The background is a graduated pink fading from deep rose at the top to pale pink near the bottom, with a red seal and Japanese characters at lower right; this woodblock print, "Summer - Natsu" by Paul Binnie, is numbered in pencil at the lower left.
