Description
A nude male figure stands at the water's edge in the lower left, seen from behind with a red cloth draped around his neck, gazing across a bay toward a steep, striated cliff face rising under a full moon. The scene is rendered almost entirely in blues and blue-greens, with the moon and its rippling reflection on the water providing the only warm-white highlights alongside the figure's red neck cloth. Paul Binnie's 2021 woodblock print "The Goat Trail, Black's Beach: Moonrise" is signed in pencil below the image, with a print number at lower left.
