Description
An abstract composition on two adjoining wooden panels, divided into a grid of rectangular fields. The left panel pairs a pale, gridded upper section scattered with dark dotted circles and faint script-like marks against a lower field of red and cream vertical stripes overlaid with dark handwritten-style lines; the right panel is built from horizontal bands in mustard yellow, rust, dusky pink, and slate blue-grey above a pale grid, closing with an olive-green strip. *GO:SEA*, a mokuhanga work on two wooden panels by Paul Furneaux, 2022.
