Description
A woman with dark hair pinned up sits bare-chested against a striped tan bolster, a black cord around her neck and a flower tucked behind her ear, one arm braced behind her and a wide bracelet on her wrist. A voluminous jade-green cloth is gathered and draped across her lap and legs, its folds dominating the lower half of the composition against a plain pale ground. Paul Jacoulet, "Sur Le Sable, Rhull.
