Description
Yuki Nishimoto's 2016 ink-on-paper work "Chinkon-Ha Repose of Souls Wave" depicts a nude female figure seen from behind, her long hair swept up as she raises both hands to her shoulders and turns her face to the side in profile. Loose, dark ink washes and dripping splatters swirl around her lower body and the surrounding space, thinning into pale gray tones against the unpainted white paper. A red seal and black calligraphic characters appear in the lower right corner.
