Memories of Brooklyn Botanic Garden

A tall lily plant with one fully open white blossom and several unopened green buds dominates the composition, its curling coral-pink stamens visible against pale petals; a second, partly shaded lily bloom appears at right. Dense dark-green rounded foliage fills the middle background beneath a pale blue-white sky, while lighter green leaves and small round-leafed plants fill the lower foreground.
