Butterfly・A

An abstract composition on a mottled mustard-yellow ground, dominated by a dark, biomorphic mass in blackish-purple and teal that spreads across the center in irregular, dripping and pooling forms. Two eye-like motifs with turquoise and magenta concentric rings punctuate the shape, alongside two pale, wing- or moth-like patterned forms outlined in the upper right; flecks and spatters of red, orange, and black are scattered across the yellow background.
