Description
Abstract composition dominated by a mottled rust-orange ground, with a curved pale gray-blue form sweeping in from the lower left and a scatter of small ring-shaped and circular marks across the upper two-thirds. Solid colored discs in green, red, and yellow punctuate the field alongside a looping calligraphic-style motif near the center top, while thin orange linear traces run through the lower portion. Pencil-signed below the image "Hideo Hagiwara '65" with the Japanese title and "2/50," identifying it as this 1965 woodblock print, ink and color on paper, titled Fireworks (2).
