Dojoji 02 - 1

A large grid of pale grey-blue rectangular panels fills most of the composition, each inscribed with faint columns of cursive Japanese script. Along the left edge runs a narrower deep-indigo band bearing its own vertical lines of script interspersed with small diamond and triangle motifs, meeting a mottled teal-and-cream patch in the upper corner. The palette is restricted to indigo, slate blue, teal, and cream, giving the whole sheet a cool, textured, tile-like uniformity; Junichiro Yoshimatsu's chine collé/silkscreen "Dojoji 02 - 1," 2021, is pencil-signed at the lower right.
