Description
A single thin, wavering black line stretches horizontally across an otherwise blank, textured cream ground, dipping and rising like a loose thread or wire. A small yellow oval rests just above the line near its left end, while two rounded red-brown forms sit just below the line right of center; a red seal mark appears in the lower left, with the title and edition inscribed in pencil beneath the image. *Poem-7* (1950) is a color woodblock print, edition 2/100, by Maki Haku.
