Blue Room

An abstract composition divided into rectangular blocks of colour: a large deep-blue panel with vertical woodgrain striations dominates the right side, while the left two-thirds is arranged in a patchwork of sections — orange and yellow vertical stripes, sage green, mustard-yellow horizontal stripes, and a central block of pink and dark-green vertical striations. A small hourglass-shaped motif of two mirrored blue triangles sits at the junction between the striped panel and the large blue field, and thin bands of green and blue frame the edges.
