This undocumented print is among several Kazuma works in the collection whose titles and subjects have not been confirmed. His career encompassed the full range of printmaking subjects available to a Japanese artist of the Taisho and early Showa periods — urban scenes, landscapes, figures, still lifes — and any of these subjects might be the content of an unidentified work. The print's existence in the collection testifies to the breadth and volume of his output across more than five decades of active printmaking.
