Description
Two bursts of fireworks explode against a dark night sky in gold, red, and green, their trailing sparks streaking downward toward a long arched bridge silhouetted in black across the lower portion of the composition. Below the bridge, a river reflects scattered points of red and gold light, with small dark boat or figure shapes visible along the water's edge. *Fireworks at Ryogoku*, a woodblock print by Takahashi Shotei.
