The famous plum garden at Kameido Tenjin Shrine in full bloom, with gnarled plum trees bearing clusters of white and pink blossoms. This subject, famously depicted by Hiroshige in his Edo-period prints, is reimagined by Shotei with modern atmospheric sensibility while paying homage to the ukiyo-e master''s iconic composition.
