Another view of the pagoda at Jōruri-ji — here identified by its Japanese title (Jōruriji no to, Yamato) — captures the three-story tower from a different vantage than Hiratsuka's companion print. The 1960 woodblock belongs to his series of Yamato Province Buddhist architecture, which documents the ancient temples of the Nara region with sustained formal attention.
