Treasuring The Moon

A large golden-yellow moon with a mottled, speckled texture dominates the upper portion of the composition, set against a grey stippled background scattered with small dark dots and faint circular forms. In front of the moon, a clematis vine with pale blue and violet flowers, curling tendrils, and dark teal leaves rises from a black pool of ink at the base of the image; a spiral shell-like form appears at right and small brown insect-like shapes sit at lower left.
