Description
A weathered wall dominates the composition in deep red and rust tones, divided into vertical panels by faint seams and crossed by a thin electrical wire and conduit pipe near the top. Patches of mustard-yellow and magenta-pink paint show through areas of peeling and mottled texture, with a small blue-and-white sign and a pale gray object affixed to the wall's upper right. The lower edge of the wall meets a dark, nearly black ground. Red Wall, Hodaka Yoshida, 1992, zinc etching and woodblock print.
