Description
A thatched, curved-roof structure with a torii-like beam above its entrance sits centered among bare, dark tree trunks rendered in a mottled black-and-gray stippled texture. A row of round stepping stones leads up a light tan-brown path toward the building's dark entrance posts. The palette is limited to black, warm brown, and gray-white, with a red seal and the artist's signature in the lower left; this color woodblock print, "Untitled (Small Temple)" by Saito Kiyoshi, 1907, has a quiet, shadowed, forest-enclosed mood.
