Description
A stylized white-robed figure with a round grey face, black-ringed eyes, red lips, and grey mitten-like hands raised beside its head stands at left against a deep blue sky and grey ground; its cuffs are red. To the right stands a striped grey-and-white bird with a red beak and black legs, and a small red circular object with white markings rests on the ground near the figure's feet.
