Description
A tall, elongated figure with long black hair, a pale oval face, and small red-and-black eyes stands against a flat teal-blue sky, its dark body merging into a jagged black-and-white patchwork of angular stone-like shapes filling the lower half of the print. A small white bird- or seal-like form sits partway up the figure's torso. The palette is limited to teal, black, cream/white, and a touch of red, with a small red seal stamp in the lower left corner; this woodblock print by Umetaro Azechi is untitled beyond "Snow man," of unknown date.
