Description
A dusk view down a narrow village lane between closely packed wooden buildings with red-brown tiled roofs, a dark tree-covered hillside rising behind them under a deep blue-gray sky. Warm yellow lamplight glows from a few windows and an open doorway partway down the lane, where two small dark figures walk; bundled goods or produce are stacked in the shadowed foreground at lower left.
